Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and direct individuals to service areas.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and document activities.
• Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate logs; communicate observations to leadership and site contacts.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, applicants, employees, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with government facility policies; verify credentials and direct individuals to appropriate service areas.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
• Complete detailed reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate observations and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
