Job Description

As a Security Officer - Residential Patrol in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries such as Residential and others.

As an unarmed patrol officer at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for residents and guests. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. This role does not require driving or carrying a weapon.

• Type: Full Time
• Pay Rate: $27.02 / Hour
• Schedule: Mon 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM, Tue 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM, Wed 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM, Sun 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or security incidents.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry points to maintain security.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of security experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems preferred.
• California Security Guard Card preferred.
• Minimum age: 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screening as per law.
• Licensing requirements vary by location.
• A valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
