Stratton Security Group is a rapidly growing private security firm based in Los Angeles. We protect commercial properties, gated communities, construction sites, shopping retail centers with off duty police and military security officers, armed security officers, & vehicle patrol fleets.

Position Overview

This is a100% commission-onlyrole—ideal for motivated individuals ready to earn high. You'll prospect, pitch, and close high-value security contracts with full operational support behind you.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and engage decision-makers (property managers, HOAs, businesses, etc.)
• Present Stratton’s security solutions and craft custom proposals
• Close contracts and earn recurring commissions
• Coordinate with our operations team for seamless client onboarding
