Pay Rate: $21.12 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor identification, issuing visitor credentials, and following site-specific entry procedures.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide general information, and coordinate with appropriate personnel for visitor arrivals and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and other security-related documentation in accordance with site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
