• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, documenting incidents in required reports.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by providing directions and coordinating with management and responders.

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees at a commercial real estate location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned property areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, documenting incidents, maintenance concerns, and security-related observations in required reports.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by providing directions, reporting policy violations, and coordinating with property management and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
