• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain access logs.
• Screen deliveries and vendor traffic to support controlled access to production, warehouse, and administrative areas.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms calmly, escalating per protocol.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, facility areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized access and report anomalies.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Screen incoming deliveries and vendor traffic in accordance with site procedures, helping support controlled access to production, warehouse, and administrative areas.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entry points, facility areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
