Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Identity Proofing in Fort Worth, TX. This role offers fixed shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts to increase earnings, at a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include access control, logging, and responding to incidents at a food and beverage production location, with flexible scheduling and potential for progression to full-time.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge processes preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions.
• Assist with receiving and directing deliveries, coordinating with site contacts, and supporting compliance with facility entry requirements.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Identity Proofing in Fort Worth, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑upto a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security‑related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge processes is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
