Job summary

Allied Universal in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Security Officer Bicycle Patrol Driver to protect facilities and people across manufacturing and industrial sites. This full-time role requires patrolling on foot and by bicycle, monitoring access points, and delivering exceptional customer service while remaining vigilant and professional.

The position pays $18.00 per hour and follows a steady 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM schedule Monday through Friday.

As a Security Officer Bicycle Patrol Driver in Mansfield, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine foot and bike patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and support a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

• Thur: 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial work areas, offices, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications to support security-related operations and help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Able to ride a bike.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
