Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Bicycle Patrol CPR in Houston, TX. You will patrol assigned areas on a bike, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while enforcing site policies.

This full-time role includes responding to incidents and reporting findings in detailed logs. The position emphasizes visible presence, professionalism, and clear communication with tenants and staff.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Tue 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Wed 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Thur 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri 06:00 PM - 01:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and contractor activity, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations accurately in required reports and logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
