As a Security Officer Badge Control Patrol in Berkeley, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control activities, respond to alarms, use computer or tablet systems, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse, distribution, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or access concerns.


• Monitor access points and help verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers in accordance with site procedures.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.


• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while supporting a professional environment at the distribution location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control/badge experience is preferred.


• Alarm panel experience is preferred.


• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
