Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site policies and procedures and performing emergency response activities when needed.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as required.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries following site access-control procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and shift-related information per Allied Universal and site requirements.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

• Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat 06:30 AM - 06:30 PM
• Sun 06:30 AM - 06:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries, following site-specific access-control procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, patrol activity, and shift-related information in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
