Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience:
  • Candidates with experience in managing access control systems or badge issuance will be viewed favorably.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet:
  • Proficiency in using computers or tablets is advantageous, as it is essential for daily tasks and communication.
• Customer Service Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is beneficial, as it demonstrates the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, processing visitor and contractor entries, maintaining visitor records, and directing authorized individuals in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production-area access routes, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns, unauthorized access attempts, and facility irregularities.
• Support compliance with site procedures for deliveries, shipping and receiving traffic, restricted areas, and employee access while helping to deter unauthorized entry.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
