Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Part Time Badge Administration in Bridgeville, PA. You will manage access control, verify badges, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors while wearing multiple hats across manufacturing and industrial sites.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific procedures and access-control requirements.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct individuals to appropriate check-in locations.
• Observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic at entry and exit points, document arrivals and departures, and report access-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
