Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel while following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, solution-oriented manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, and maintain incident logs and documentation.
• Support a professional environment by clear communication with site personnel and adherence to procedures.
