• Document incidents and patrols, and communicate information to site leadership or emergency responders.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $27.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
• Thur: 02:30 PM - 11:30 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations throughout the retail location in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the store interior, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer, vendor, and delivery activity; report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
