What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by executing security procedures, following site policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, using training and protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access control points and verify identification for entry to restricted areas.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security concerns to Allied Universal management or client representatives.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter disruptions and promote a secure environment.
• Assist with emergency response procedures, including evacuations and medical emergencies, per site protocols.
• Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs as required by policy.

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Act 235 qualification required for Pennsylvania positions.
• Minimum age 21 for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required.
• Criminal history considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screening required as permitted by law.
• Participation in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws may be required before employment.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
