Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a part-time Security Officer Armed Patrol Verification in Camden, AR. You will conduct armed patrols, deter unauthorized activity, and respond to incidents while delivering professional customer service on a aerospace/defense site.

The role requires an Armed Guard Card, 21+ years old, a high school diploma, and compliance with background checks and drug screening where permitted.

Qualifications

• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required as permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Carry and maintain assigned duty equipment in compliance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site-specific procedures.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
