• Conduct regular armed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter; report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate findings to site contacts and leadership.

You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.99 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201): Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with access control systems and badge management. Experience in environments where security protocols are essential is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204): Candidates must be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, email communication, data entry, and utilizing company software.
• Customer Service Experience (B219): Candidates should possess prior customer service experience. This includes effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and customers.
• Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123): Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license in accordance with company policy. This is essential for roles that require travel or the operation of company vehicles.

• Fri 06:30 PM - 07:30 AM
• Sat 07:30 PM - 07:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, documenting visitor, contractor, and delivery activity as required.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate observations, policy concerns, and emergency information to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
