• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete incident reports and logs per site requirements.

As an Armed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and team members. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and Level III Armed Certification. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following applicable armed post protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required incident reports, daily activity logs, and other documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least five years of armed security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III armed certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
