Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Armed Route Driver in Boston, MA. You will serve at a financial institution, conducting armed patrols and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and security procedures.

• Maintain documentation including daily activity reports and incident logs per site policies.

• Maintain required documentation, including daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal procedures.

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain required documentation, including daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience OR 2+ years of security supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years of security experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
