Allied Universal is seeking an armed Security Officer Patrol in Tulsa, OK to protect clients in Commercial Real Estate and other sites. You will conduct routine patrols, deter incidents, and provide professional service to tenants and visitors.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, verify credentials as required, and maintain awareness of visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with emergency services and site management as required.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
