Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Armed Patrol in Santa Ana, CA. You will safeguard cultural institutions, provide exceptional visitor service, and deter security incidents through visible patrols and rapid response to alarms and emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a cultural institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout galleries, collection areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and assist with visitor flow, special events, and restricted-area access in accordance with site procedures.
• Carry authorized firearms and related equipment in accordance with applicable laws, Allied Universal policies, training, and site-specific requirements.

You will conduct routine patrols, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to visitors and staff. Pay Rate: $30.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.


• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
