Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, team members, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of entertainment areas, entrances, parking areas, and other assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner and request additional support as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe guest activity, reporting suspicious behavior and policy violations.
• Carry and manage authorized equipment in compliance with laws and company/client procedures, and complete incident reports.

Job Schedule

• Fri 06:00 PM - 01:00 AM
• Sat 06:00 PM - 01:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, team members, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of entertainment areas, entrances, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, requesting additional support when needed.
• Monitor access points and observe guest activity, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Carry authorized equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and client procedures, and complete accurate activity and incident reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
