• Respond calmly to incidents and report security concerns to the proper personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, common areas, parking, and perimeter.

Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour

• Tue: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to members, guests, residents, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and delivery records.
• Assist with directing guests and service providers to appropriate areas while communicating access requirements and site expectations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and promptly report security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, common areas, parking locations, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Possess at least six months of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
