Position Details

• Now Hiring Part Time Evenings, including weekends.
• Overnight ARMED Security Patrol Officers in Pennsburg, with shifts from 4PM to Midnight on Sat, Sun, Mon (24+ hrs), additional hours possible.
• Requirements include Electronic Access Control and CCTV experience or above-average computer skills, and ACT 235 certification (Pennsylvania only). A concealed carry permit does not meet the requirement.
• Referral bonus available for ARMED positions.

Responsibilities

• Operate electronic access control and CCTV systems, or demonstrate above-average computer skills.
• Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response when necessary.
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with environments varying by client site.

Minimum Requirements

• PA ACT 235 certification (Pennsylvania only) required.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• At least 1+ years of security, law enforcement, or military experience or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods and work outdoors.
• Intermediate computer skills for utilizing wireless technology.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Participation in industry-specific training programs.
• State/local licensing requirements may apply.
• A valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
