Join OPS Security Group as an Armed Security Officer (ACT-235 Required) in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves working in demanding, fast-paced environments such as medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues, and public events. Officers may be required to carry a firearm and are responsible for protecting people, information, and property while providing high-end customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-end customer service
• Respond to emergencies and deter crime
• Complete logs and incident reports
• Conduct patrols and build rapport with clients and guests
• De-escalate conflicts and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current ACT 235 certification
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• Recommended 1 year armed security experience
• Ability to pass Physical Agility Test, drug screening, and background check
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation and extensive use of force knowledge

Physical and Working Conditions

• Ability to work under stress and lift 25 pounds
• Pass Physical Agility Test (run 100m in 66 sec, perform push-ups and sit-ups)
• Maintain professional appearance (neat hair, trimmed facial hair, appropriate fingernails)
