You will support access control activities, respond to situations as needed, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized persons, suspicious activity, and security‑related concerns.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Possess a valid firearms permit, preferred.
• Have access control or badge experience, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
