Allied Universal in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Security Officer Armed Mobile Response Driver to protect government facilities and others. You will conduct armed patrols, respond to incidents, and maintain a professional security presence.

This full-time, on-site role requires an Armed Guard Card, valid driver’s license, and excellent customer service. The position offers stable hours, shift coverage Wed-Fri, and access to Allied Universal's training and benefits.

As a Security Officer Armed Mobile Response Driver in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a government corrections location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 05:45 AM - 06:00 PM
• Thur: 05:45 AM - 06:00 PM
• Fri: 05:45 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a government corrections location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, perimeter areas, and access points to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and document visitor, vehicle, and incident information as required by site procedures.
• Maintain required qualifications for armed assignments and handle authorized equipment in accordance with applicable laws, training, and Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
