Allied Universal® is seeking an Armed Mobile Patrol Driver in Palm Beach, FL. This full-time role involves driving, on-site patrols, guest services, and rapid response to security incidents at a hospitality property.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of armed security experience, a valid armed guard license, and a valid driver’s license, with a requirement to be 21+ and to pass background checks and drug screening where permitted.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, staff, and visitors while enforcing site policies and responding to security-related events at a hospitality property.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of club facilities, guest areas, parking areas, grounds, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter incidents and identify concerns.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events following site procedures and laws.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; assist with access control and report unusual conditions or violations.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols, incidents, and observations and maintain equipment per Allied Universal procedures.

As an Armed Security Officer at a premier hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Pay Rate: $27.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thu 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a hospitality and recreational property.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of club facilities, guest areas, parking areas, grounds, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and applicable laws.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with access control, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and observations, and maintain required equipment in accordance with Allied Universal and site‑specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
