Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Incident Response Driver in Madison, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As an Armed Security Officer at a residential location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving role requires an armed guard card/license and a valid driver’s license. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven values.

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeSat08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Sun08:00 PM - 04:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of residential buildings, parking areas, common areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the property, verify authorized entry, and document security-related observations, incidents, and patrol activity.
• Maintain a professional presence while communicating clearly with residents, visitors, management, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
