Requirements :

1. Must have an active Arizona DPS Armed Guard Card to apply.
2. Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
3. Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English (bilingual skills are a plus).
4. Flexible schedule to accommodate various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Physically capable of duties such as walking up/downstairs, standing for extended periods, and maintaining alertness.
6. Sound judgment and decision-making skills in routine and emergency situations.
7. Grooming and professional appearance standards for client-facing roles.
8. Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 10 lbs.
9. Strong observation and attention to detail skills to identify and report security issues or hazards.
10. Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and the public.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
