Master Security in Mitchellville, MD is seeking an Armed Security Officer for full-time, day/evening shifts at a shopping center. The role requires armed experience, MSP Guard Card, handgun permit, and a valid driver’s license; compensation is $25 per hour.

CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

~ 3 OR MORE YEARS OF ARMED SECURITY EXPERIENCE

~ CURRENT MSP GUARD CARD

~ HANDGUN PERMIT

~ DRIVERS LICENSE

EXPECTATIONS:

Current MSP Guard Card, Handgun Permit and weapon

Minimum age requirement of 18 years

Legal work status in the US

Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent

Ability to pass a drug screening

Reliable and functional transportation (Public transportation is not acceptable)

Ownership of a cell phone for contact by Operations Supervisors

Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony arrests

Ability to perform duties as stated in post orders, which may include standing/walking for extended periods or lifting

Familiarity with mobile technology (tablets, smartphones, etc.)

Possession of a VALID full driver’s license (public transportation is not acceptable)
