$2,000 hiring bonus for candidates with an active Armed NCPPSB guard card.

We are hiring full-time Armed Security Guards in Clinton, NC. This role involves patrolling correctional facilities and ensuring security both inside and outside the premises, without interaction with inmates.

• The position pays $21.00 per hour
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Driver's License
• Must be able to certify at the range to obtain an armed NCPPSB guard card
• Shifts available: 12 hours, 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am

• Provide customer service by executing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working conditions varying by site

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Subject to background investigation and drug screening in accordance with laws
• Participate in industry-specific security and safety training programs
• Licensing requirements vary by state and locality and may be required prior to employment
