As an Armed Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Must have an Armed DCJS license

Must be able to obtain an Armed DC Special Police Officer and Armed MD Guard license.

Minimum of 1 year of armed security experience required.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm

Pay Rate: $26.10/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises; working environments may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Undergo a drug screening, as permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security and safety training programs.
• State and local licensing requirements must be met prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.
