Ready to serve as a Security Guard in a Concierge role? MUST OWN A WEAPON

In this role, your ability to build meaningful connections is key. Share how your natural engagement skills reassure and inspire confidence.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, you'll focus heavily on customer service, working with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

• Set schedule: Monday-Tuesday 11pm-7am & Saturday-Sunday 7pm-7am (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service: welcoming, verifying identity, guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform patrols to identify risks
• Inspect and report on security equipment
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or via phone
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns
• Ensure safety of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
