Responsibilities

• Provide security services to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document details.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial properties and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and property activity to deter unauthorized access and safety risks.
• Report maintenance issues and other site concerns per procedures.

This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 01:30 PM - 05:30 PM
• Tue 01:30 PM - 05:30 PM
• Wed 01:30 PM - 05:30 PM
• Thur 01:30 PM - 05:30 PM
• Fri 09:30 AM - 01:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and observe property activity to help deter unauthorized access, trespassing, and other security-related concerns.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards, suspicious activity, and other property concerns in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
