As a Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 09:30 AM - 01:30 PM
• Tue 09:30 AM - 01:30 PM
• Wed 09:30 AM - 01:30 PM
• Thur 09:30 AM - 01:30 PM
• Fri 01:30 PM - 05:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property, including building interiors, common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, or unusual conditions to appropriate site contacts.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with tenants, property management, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership while completing required reports and shift documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
