Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer - Alarm Panel Control in Tempe, AZ. In this role you will monitor financial institution locations, conduct patrols, manage access control, and respond to alarms while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as per law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Support a professional, welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access, theft, and other security-related incidents.

As a Security Officer - Alarm Panel Controlin Tempe, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and respond to alarms and security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
