Qualifications

• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen per policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and clients and follow site procedures.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, and support access control procedures.
• Monitor visitor access and verify credentials; issue temporary access as needed.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and according to site procedures.
• Document security-related activities and coordinate with management or responders.
