Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries entering the facility.
• Verify identification, visitor authorizations, and delivery documents; maintain records.
• Monitor traffic at entry points and report incidents or policy violations to leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly and conduct regular patrols of the facility and perimeter.
