Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access at designated entry points by verifying credentials and maintaining access-related records.
• Observe inbound and outbound activity at a food and beverage distribution location; report unusual activity or policy violations to site management.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following site procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel or responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, perimeter areas, parking locations, and operational areas to deter unauthorized access.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access at designated entry points by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor arrivals, issuing temporary access credentials, and maintaining access-related records.
• Observe inbound and outbound vehicle, employee, and delivery activity at a food and beverage distribution location; report unusual activity, access concerns, and policy violations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entrances, perimeter areas, parking locations, and operational areas to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
