Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Screening in Englewood, CO to provide security and excellent customer service at a technology, media, and telecommunications site. You will conduct patrols, monitor access, verify credentials, and respond to incidents while maintaining professional communication with site contacts.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred CPR/First Aid certification and customer service experience.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while following site policies and security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access or unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations per site protocols.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
