Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; promptly communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; verify credentials and maintain logs/reports as required.
• Document incidents, patrol observations, and unusual conditions clearly and professionally while supporting a positive, customer-focused environment.
