Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Operations Specialist in Fremont, CA to safeguard clients across automotive facilities. You will monitor areas, conduct patrols, and support access-related activities while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires at least one year of security experience, preferred CPR and badge experience, and comfort with computers/tablets. Full-time schedule with rotating night shifts is offered by Allied Universal, an Equal Opportunity

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer Access Operations Specialist in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout automotive manufacturing, assembly, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and vehicle traffic in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to site personnel and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
