As a Security Officer Full Time Access Operations in Whitestown, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor activity, and maintain a professional, welcoming presence. You will communicate clearly with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while helping to deter incidents and support site operations. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers in accordance with location procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations according to site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
