What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive corporate and/or operational location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized entry and report unusual conditions.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding access-related concerns, incidents, and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
