You will maintain a visible presence, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $14.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access control points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and document entry and exit activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to identify and report unauthorized access, unusual conditions, and/or policy concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs, access records, and incident reports while helping to deter unauthorized entry and support an orderly work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
