Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles / 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen are required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials.
• Issue passes and maintain entry/exit records.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following procedures.
• Conduct patrols of access-control areas and perimeters.
