Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, contractors, and employees at a logistics location following access-control procedures.
• Verify identification, credentials, delivery documents, and authorization before access to facilities.
• Monitor entry/exit activity, maintain access logs, report discrepancies or unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, coordinated actions.
• Conduct patrols of access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
