Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Entry Authorization Desk in Whitestown, IN. Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and vendor entry, and directing authorized personnel and vehicles to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required access-control logs, visitor records, and incident documentation.
